We want you to be happy with your Coco Thomas purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, here’s how it works:

Returns

Returns follow the product manufacturer’s policy for each item.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the timeframe set by the manufacturer.

Contact us with your order number so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refunds

We offer exchanges only—no cash or credit card refunds. Certain circumstances may be subject to refund pending shop owner's decision.

If your exchange is for a higher-priced item, you’ll pay the difference.

If it’s for a lower-priced item, no credit or cash difference will be given.

Opened bedding or linens

Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

Damaged or Defective Items

Let us know within 5-7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
